Singham Again duo Ajay Devgn, Rohit Shetty open up about the pranks they do on sets; reveal, “There have been 1-2 divorces because of us”

Actor Ajay Devgn is known for his fun banter with other co-stars on sets, as over the years, many have revealed about his mischievous nature. In addition to it, his partner in crime is none other than director Rohit Shetty. When the two are together, their pranks are often high-level.

The actor-director duo admitted that they would often take pranks too far in the past. In Ranveer Allahabadia’s podcast, the Singham Again actor and director were questioned about their pranks and were shown clips of their past pranks. One of the clips showed Ajay spilling ink on a crew member’s shirt. Reacting to this, Rohit said, “This is a small prank. We once sent a woman and kids to a production team member’s house, claiming she was his first wife. We have gone to that level too.”

Ajay added, “These days, pranksters worry about someone getting offended. We didn’t think about that back then. Humare wajah se ek-do divorce bhi ho chuke hai (There have been 1-2 divorces because of us),” said the actor.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again is the third installment in the Singham franchise and the fifth film in the Rohit Shetty Cop Universe. The film stars Ajay Devgn in the title role, alongside Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff.
